Fall Colors, Lake Forest, CA
This image is one of three I captured on this morning in the Fall, in my hometown, Lake Forest. The colors of the trees were as intense as they look because it was foggy and drizzling that morning and the leaves were saturated. The eucalyptus trees on the right in the image have wonderful white barks, but the leaves don't change color, but the oak trees were in full color that year, and there was some grass growing in this area as well. Grass doesn't do well below eucalyptus trees because the leaves are acidic and the grass doesn't like that. I liked the leaning tree on the left leaning over the path, breaking up the vertical lines of the other trees.
