I was visiting a gallery I was in at the time, the Forest and Ocean Gallery in Laguna Beach, which is surprisingly located at the intersection of Forest and Ocean Streets, when I saw these beautiful clouds in the sky, lit up by the sunset. I rushed to the beach to get a clear shot of the clouds and found the ocean was lit up with the colors of the clouds. I don't think I have ever seen a more beautiful sunset. There were still a couple of swimmers in the ocean when I took the image, and they give a little perspective to the scene.
