Description: This is a semi-abstract image of the intricate patterns made by leaves and reeds embedded in the ice I found along the shore of Tenaya Lake. The tonality of this image is very important to me, to have a shiny silver tone, not just a light gray color to the ice. The abstract pattern is also important, but I wanted to keep the image "readable" as well, so the viewer knows what he/she is looking at, if the image is pondered for a little bit. |
