Tree Branches in Snow and Church Windows, Delft, The Netherlands

I wanted to show the similarity between the branches of the tree with the thin lines of snow on them in the foreground, and the stained glass church windows with their light colored edges the distance. I was struck by how man's creations can mimic nature so closely, and this was a beautiful example of that. The church in the background is the "Old Church" in Delft, built in 1246. The fact that the tree bark and branches almost make a cross was not lost on me either.
