This image of Yosemite Valley was taken from Inspiration Point in the spring, with Bridalveil Falls running at full strength. I was using my Nikon D800E DSLR with a 24-120 Nikon lens. There were beautiful clouds overhead and I waited until the shadows in the valley gave me some depth to the image.
